Police are appealing for witnesses after a collision in Padstow left a pedestrian with serious injuries.
Police were called to School Hill in Padstow at around 8:30pm on Saturday 2 November 2 to reports of a collision involving a Grey Honda Jazz and a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, a man in his 60s, sustained a serious leg injury and was taken to hospital for treatment.
A 71-year-old female was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by careless driving and driving whilst unfit through drink. She has since been released on bail, and enquiries are ongoing.
The Roads Policing Team said it would like to thank members of the public for their patience whilst the road was closed.
Officers are appealing for any witnesses that have not already spoken to them, but who may have seen the collision or have dashcam footage, to contact police via the force website or by calling 101, quoting reference number 50240278426.
