Cornwall has emerged victorious in the prestigious Camping and Glamping Awards 2024 sweeping a remarkable 15 awards across ten sites.
The annual Campsites.co.uk Camping and Glamping awards highlight the best camping, glamping, and touring sites across the UK, celebrating those sites that go above and beyond for their guests throughout the year.
The awards cover various categories, including ‘Best Campsite’, ‘Best Glamping Site’ and ‘Most Unique Site’.
Other titles include the ‘Greener Site Award’, ‘Best Newcomer' and 'Best Budget Friendly Campsite'.
Wooda Farm Holiday Park in Bude stole the show in this year’s awards, claiming the coveted title of Best Family Campsite in the UK and Best Family Campsite in the South West for the second year running.
From farm animals, tractor rides, and alpaca encounters to various sports and activities, Wooda Farm is packed with fun for all the family, making it a worthy winner.
The park boasts an impressive 4.84-star rating on Campsites.co.uk, with 98 per cent of guests recommending it. Positive reviews include rave comments about the “unbelievable shower facilities” and the overall experience being “the nicest site by far.”
Bude’s success story continues with East Thorne, crowned Best Glamping Site in the UK and Best Glamping Site in the South West, making the town a clear winner in this year’s awards.
