Schools and nurseries across Cornwall have been celebrating Children in Need 2024.
With a focus on kindness and fun, children have donned their brightest attire, transforming into iconic Pudsey bears, and raising vital funds for disadvantaged children across the UK.
Every November, the BBC's official charity raises money to help disadvantaged children and young people in the UK.
Primary Schools in Helston allowed pupils to come into school today in non-school uniforms and take part in special-themed activities.
Nansloe Academy took a unique approach this year, by encouraging students to wear clothing that brings them joy.
Headteacher Mrs Lucy Swiggs told the Packet: “We’re doing a non-school uniform day and have invited children to come into school wearing something that makes them happy.
“Children in Need always falls at the end of Anti-Bullying week and feels like a great end to a week where we’ve focused on kindness to others.”
