Camborne's festive events programme is set to kick off with the Christmas lights switch-on.
The festivities commence on November 29, beginning with a Christmas produce market in the town square from 9am to 2pm.
This will be followed by entertainment on the main stage from 3.30pm to 5.40pm, and a children's lantern parade at 5.45pm.
The honour of illuminating the town will be given to a local child, nominated by one of the winners of the Camborne Town Loyalty Card draw, at 6.30pm.
BID Camborne funds 75 per cent of the Christmas celebrations, with the remainder funded by Camborne Town Council.
Free parking is available in Rosewarne car park on December 7, December 14, and December 23.
BID manager, Anna Pascoe, said: "Camborne is a wonderful place to visit at Christmas.
"Our theme for this year is Winter Wonderland and local businesses have again risen to the challenge of creating some amazing window displays.
"I know I’m biased but, with plenty going on and a great atmosphere, Camborne really will stand out this Christmas."
