The road has reopened following a two-vehicle collision at Allet near Truro earlier today.
Two casuatlies were airlifted to the Royal Cornwall Hospital after a red Fiat Punto and a red Peugeot 306 collided on the B3284.
The extent of their injuries is not yet known.
The road was blocked for more than two hours.
