Falmouth's All Saints Church has given thanks to everybody that helped and supported 2008's festival of Christmas trees.
There were many visitors over the Christmas period and thanks to their help the church was able to send donations to Penhaligon's Friends, RNLI Falmouth, the Precious Lives Appeal, Cornwall Samaritans and the Diocese of Truro supporting HIV/AIDs in Africa.
Barbara Jenkins of All Saints Church said: "We all felt that this year the church looked especially beautiful with all the lovely tree decorations and the sparkling lights, which certainly put the real Christmas feeling in the air."
With this response the church hopes to stage the same event in 2009.
