Monday's meeting of Falmouth town council planning committee will see members discuss an application to demolish the derelict Admiral Nelson pub and stable in Bar Road.
Acorn Property Group wants to build 46 apartments on the site. Buyers would have to be over 55. It is just under a year since previous plans from the developers prompted outrage from neighbouring residents, who formed themselves into an action group against the proposals.
When Acorn took over the Admiral Nelson the site already had planning consent for a block of 16 flats inside a building with a flat roof.
