Emergency services are still at the scene of a multi-vehicle collision on the outskirts of Helston.
Police officers, the fire brigade and paramedics were all called to the scene of the collision, which took place just after 10.15am.
The vehicles collided on the Sithney road, just past the Hilltop Garage.
It is thought three vehicles are involved and that there are casualties, although the extent of their injuries is not yet known.
A search and rescue helicopter from RNAS Culdrose was spotted hovering close to the scene.
