A road traffic collision on the outskirts of Helston this afternoon proved to be less serious than first thought.
Three cars collided on the B3302 near Sithney, just past the Hill Top Garage, just after 10.20am today.
Police officers and the fire brigade were called to the scene, where they found everyone involved to be out of their vehicles, with no one trapped.
Fire fighters made the vehicles safe and sanded down the road area.
