A new town centre manager for Falmouth has been appointed and is due to start the post this Tuesday (April 4).
David Lang, from St Agnes, was chosen from 21 applicants for the role after interviews took place earlier this month.
Mr Lang will be moving from a role at Cornwall Enterprise, where he worked to develop tourism, catering and marketing in the county.
The post is jointly funded between Carrick district council and Falmouth town council.
