THE Crypt Pre-School sports day and summer fair held at St Mary's Church Hall in Falmouth raised over £300 towards new equipment for the children.
Children took part in four different races for the sports day, including an egg and spoon race, a running race and a fancy dress race, as well as an obstacle course.
The summer fair, held at the same time, included various stalls, tombolas, raffles and face painting.
Brenda Boyling, supervisor for the group, said: "We had a great turn out and it was a really good day with beautiful weather. We raised over £300 which will go towards new outdoor play equipment for the children, including an outdoor craft table."
