Cornwall u21s won their Southern Counties Under 21 championship game with Dorset at Werrington by 29 runs to set up a final match decider with Devon at St Austell on August 30.
A good batting display against Dorset saw Joe Crane and Stefan Churcher (43) put on 75 for the first wicket. Tunnadine (52) then added 94 with Crane (63) for the second wicket. Dorset's J Arshad made a century but good bowling from Matt Robins with 4 for 30 from 9.1 overs sealed victory.
Cornwall 255-4 (J Crane 63, A Tunnadine 52, M Bone 52no, S Churcher 43, T Bray-Smith 29no; R Armstrong 2-44), Dorset 226 (J Arshad 101, J Park 42, P Tweedle 24; M Robins 4-30, D Stephens 2-46). Cornwall (2pts) beat Dorset by 29 runs.
