Road closures: The layby on Helston Road will be closed between 6am and 10.30 am on 19 May to permit the convoy to change into torch bearer mode.
Parking restrictions will be in place in Coinagehall Street and Wendron Street between 6am and 12 noon on 19 May.
Parking. Council car parks ( free ) - Castle Green, Cattle Market , Fairground , Trengrouse Way, Tyacke Road Public toilets - open between 6am and 9pm Monument Road, Parade (Trengrouse Way) and Helston Guildhall.
Vantage points: Along Falmouth Road outside the town centre. Coinagehall Street.
Activities A community event will be held at the Old Cattle Market between 9am and 5pm. There will be entertainment including Morris Dancing and performance from the Zumba Band and Helston Youth Band. A children's marathon event will be held walking around the lake. In the afternoon there will be a Try a New Sport event including Judo, Yoga and Zumba.
