Falmouth Eagles continued their good run in 2013 with a comprehensive 23-12 victory over Newquay Hornets at the Recreation Ground.
That makes it three wins on the bounce for the Eagles, who are undefeated in January after seemingly shaking off the poor form that dogged them in the lead up to Christmas.
Elsewhere, Penryn registered a resounding 34-14 away victory over struggling Tavistock to cement their place at the top of Tribute Western Counties West.
