Redruth coach Ashley Morcom has announced that he will stand down at the end of the season.
Morcom, who took over from former director of rugby Adrian Edwards, cited work and family commitments as the reason behind his decision, but intends to remain involved with the club in a coaching capacity.
In a statement the club said it would begin the search for a succesor with the intention of having someone in place for the 2014/15 campaign."
It read: "Ash stresses that he regrets having to make the decision and that he still intends to remain active in a coaching role with the club next season assisting however he can.
"The club is very grateful to Ash for his hard work during what has been a testing season both on and off the pitch and we all look forward to his continued contribution.
"The recruitment process for a new Head Coach will start in the next few weeks with the aim of having someone in post by the end of the season to ensure continuity into the 2014/15 season."
