Wendron ran out comfortable 5-0 winners over Falmouth Town on Saturday, to keep up the pressure on Combination League leaders Illogan RBL with the title race set to go to the wire.
A brace from Justin Searle, along with goals from Chris Mulroy and Ryan Tresidder drew Wendron to within four points of second place Ludgvan, who were held to a 4-4 draw by St Day.
