TREMOUGH Ladies football team has taken this season's Cornwall Ladies League (Division Two, West) by storm with some fantastic goals, spectacular saves and, as always, formidable teamwork.
The majority of the team is made up of University College Falmouth and University of Exeter (Cornwall Campus) students, which has proved to be a strain at times when trying to build a reliable and close knit squad, as students' timetables mean that they are sometimes unavailable.
However, despite an initial struggle to produce 11 players each Sunday, with regular training sessions and superb guidance from coach Matt Boyle the team has made tremendous progress since September, and can now boast a full and dedicated squad.
Tremough Ladies have recently acquired a stunning yellow and blue kit with the help of their sponsors, Remedies Bar and Nightclub, whose generous sponsorship and support has been a real boost for the club.
Also, look out for the new Tremough Ladies' hoodies which the team will be sporting shortly as they are spurred on by their supporters to even greater success in the New Year.
