PENRYN u14s 24pts REDRUTH u14s 5pts
On a pitch more fit for ducks than rugby, Penryn kept their unbeaten record against a plucky Redruth side.
Settling quicker, Bailey found himself in space and sprinted 50m to touch down under the posts. Ably converted by Coote, "Boro" got their noses in front and never looked back.
Ever improving, Nicholls got himself on the score sheet as did speedster Timmonds, converted again by Coote to give Penryn a half time lead of 19-0.
The Reds came more into it in the second half, but conceded a break away try to the rampaging Moon. Good defensive work earned Luke man of the match, before Redruth had the final say with a deserved try, to give a final score line of 24-5.
