FORMER Truro City striker Scott Palmer has signed for Penryn Athletic to bolster their attacking options.
Palmer had been on the books at Treyew Road until earlier this summer after the club's reserve side folded.
He had been playing at St Day before Athletic's joint-manager Steve Jewell made a seven day approach for him.
Jewell said: "I had been chasing him during the summer and he is a decent player who has always done well against us, so we are quite lucky to sign him.
"I am really happy with the squad here already, but someone with his pace and power will really help us in our league.
"He is raring to go and I'm sure he will fit in with our young squad, who I am hoping will be helped out by his experience."
