A PENALTY save in the second minute of injury time by Jason Peters made sure Falmouth Town got a 1-1 draw against Torpoint Athletic.
The home keeper had brought down former Ambers star Tom Whipp in the box but managed to push out Sam West's spot kick to give his side a point in Saturday's South West Peninsula League clash.
Town had taken a 33rd minute lead when Glen Squires got on the end of a neat move to grab a goal on his first game back at Bickland Park after rejoining from Newquay last week.
However, Athletic equalise just before the hour mark after Josh Burton brought down Tyler Elliott in the box.
Peters got a hand to West's kick, but it bounced off the post and bobbled in.
Burton's match was made worse when he was shown a straight red for tugging back Sam Waters as he raced towards goal, with referee Ben Judd deciding the midfielder was the last man.
Despite this numerical disadvantage, the home side clung onto a point, with a bit of help from Peters' glove.
FALMOUTH: Peters, Ottaway, Bromley (Vanes, 63), Webb, Cooper (c), Pope (Pullen, 77), Appleton, Burton, Trevaskis, Squires (Wearne, 63), Williams.
