FOLLOWING their disappointing loss at home to Doncaster on Sunday, the Cornish Pirates have made five changes to their starting line-up for tomorrow's clash at Nottingham.
Director of rugby Ian Davies had indicated after the 30-13 defeat he would alter the squad for their next match and coming in are Rheon James, Stuart Townsend, Jamal Ford-Robinson, Will Carrick Smith and Joel Conlon.
On the replacements bench, there is a return for Paul Andrew as the prop has recovered from injury.
Looking ahead to their trip to the Midlands, Davies said: "Nottingham are always a tough team and after losing last week they will be doubly tough on Friday.
"There can be no hiding from the fact we were very poor against Doncaster Knights so our focus this week has very much been looking at us."
When the sides met earlier in the season at the Mennaye, Nottingham departed with a 28-13 victory.
