Penryn RFC are delighted to announce the arrival of two new members of their coaching team for the 2016/17 season.
33 year-old Jonathan Goddard joins as Fitness Coach.
Goddard has extensive experience in Rugby League, starting off with amateur clubs Smawthorne Panthers and Castleford Panthers before representing Super League sides Castleford Tigers and Hull Kingston Rovers.
He has also played for Oldham Roughyeds, and most recently has been at Championship RL outfit, Halifax.
Goddard's is joined by the highly experienced Chris Lea, the former Cornwall under-20s and Truro coach, as 'Borough' begin their planning in earnest for the Cornwall/Devon League season.
With this news of the first members of the club's new coaching set-up in place, Penryn are looking forward to welcoming old and new players to pre-season training which starts on June 14 at 6.30pm.
