Penryn Athletic will be looking to return to winning ways when they travel to Dobwalls in the Second Round of the Cornwall Senior Cup.
The teams:
Penryn go into this one on a three match unbeaten streak in the league. Most recently a Morgan Vallejo double couldn't guide Athletic to all three points as they were held at home by Callington Town.
It has been Penryn's first season in the South West Peninsula League and the Kernick Road side are holding their own in the new division, taking 20 points from their 14 games so far in the campaign which has seen them move to ninth in the table.
Their opponents Dobwalls have enjoyed a strong beginning to the season. They are currently fourth in the SWPL table and have been on fire in front of goal lately scoring 11 goals in two games.
Last time the sides met back in August Dobwalls came out on top in a 1-2 win. Penryn got a goal through striker Ryan Reeve but strikes from Dobwalls' Kelvin Fyneboy and Jordan McCarthy earned them the win on the day.
The game:
The match kicks off at 3pm at Lantoom Park. If the game is level at full time as it is a cup fixture it will be decided by extra time and if necessary a penalty shootout.
