Falmouth Golf Club held their Finals Day on Saturday, September 7 which was well supported by the members with an evening presentation.
Winners on the day were Tom and Adam Pryor - Daily Mail Foursomes, Richard Harris and Kris Mazumder - Spring Fourball, Ray A Clark - John Shaw Trophy, Steve Briers - Tidd Trophy, Luke Geach - Frank Harris Trophy, Chris North - McLeod Cup, and Chris Harris - Scratch Matchplay Shield.
The following Saturday was the annual Rugby v Football grudge match at Falmouth Golf Club.
A total of 68 players took part in the event, which was followed by a carvery in the members' bar. This year the bragging rights went to the ex football players coming out on top with a 9.7 to 7.5 victory.
