A motorhome has been left gutted after a blaze broke out in the vehicle just off the A30 at Crows-an-Wra
Crews from Penzance and St Just were called out just after 4pm, with fears that the motorhome had at least one gas cylinder on board.
Firefighters tackled the blaze using two breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets, removing one LPG cylinder from the vehicle and disconnecting electricity.
The fire was extinguished by 4.45pm with crews dampening down and monitoring the temperature of the LPG cylinder.
