Plans for 125-student flats on Penryn woodlands
A pre-application request for accommodation for 125 students on land at Packsaddle in Penryn has been submitted to Cornwall Council.
The plans for the three three-storey flats, which would also include a lower-ground floor, show purpose designed student accommodation on the land at Tremoughdale previously known as Trewarton Court.
The accommodation would be split between more than 100 student bedrooms with shared living areas and a small number of studio flats.
The application has a determination deadline of October 22.
