A CAR fire has closed a road in Truro city centre.
Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service said it had received multiple 999 calls reporting a car fire and "large amounts of smoke".
A spokesperson added: "We have closed Bosvigo Road while we deal with the incident."
Police are also in attendance.
Sgt Dave Pearce said on Twitter: "Car fire on Bosvigo road in Truro.
"Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service in attendance and checked adjacent property due to smoke alarms being activated. All in order and road will be open shortly."
