Truro City have dropped to the bottom of the Conference South table after being deducted ten points for going into administration.
The Treyew Road club told fans on Friday that they had filed for administration following 12 months of financial turmoil.
The club has appeared in the High Court on a number of occasions over unpaid taxes and manager Lee Hodges has had to work under a transfer embargo since last Autumn.
Chairman Kevin Heaney also stepped down from his position at the club after being declared bankrupt just over a week ago.
Despite the off-field problems, the players have made a reasonable start to the season on the pitch picking up two wins and two draws from their opening five matches.
It saw the White Tigers up to sixth in the table on Saturday. However they are now bottom of the on minus two points.
They play Basingstoke away tonight (Tuesday).
